About Company

Penguin International Limited is a Singaporean homegrown, publicly listed designer, builder, owner and operator of aluminium high-speed craft. Through a group of integrated subsidiaries, Penguin owns and operates a fleet of crewboats, passenger ferries and workboats (including Singapore’s first fleet of pure electric seagoing ships), as well as aluminium shipbuilding yards in Singapore and Batam, Indonesia. Since 1996, Penguin has delivered more than 300 aluminium crewboats, passenger ferries, patrol craft and workboats to ship owners in more than 20 countries. This includes the company’s flagship multi-role crewboats (FLEX-40 Series and FLEX-42 Series) and armoured security vessels (FLEX FIGHTER). Today, Penguin is the world’s largest builder of crewboats for offshore oil & gas, offshore wind and offshore security. As a ship owner and operator, Penguin manages a fleet of some 50 vessels, including crewboats, security boats, pure electric ferries (and rapid DC shore chargers), pilot boats, line boats, mooring tugs and landing craft. Our business is backed by a strong balance sheet and led by an experienced hands-on management team. We are committed to maintaining a high standard of public accountability, corporate governance and social responsibility. We stand for integrity, professionalism and mutual respect.
